It is not grueling to learn roulette strategy because the game evolves with you. The more you learn the more you are inclined to try new techniques. Watching other people or reading about roulette strategy will help you to progress. As a beginner I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so I bet the minimum bets and played the corners to cover more numbers with less money. I didn’t get a big payout but at most was able to win 6 chips-not bad for having played 4 chips. Since first playing I have changed by strategy various times and each one has worked for a while. Now there is really no way to know where the ball will land unless you have psychic abilities or practice telekinesis and since this is not the case its best to practice strategies that will somewhat improve your chances of winning. I have seen many roulette players bet on birth dates, and lucky numbers; most times these bets are strewn across the wheel and board and have no relationship to each other-these wins seem to be lucky bets. I like to play in quadrants so that if the ball lands in that certain area and I am there, I will hit at least one of those numbers.
The strategy:
Split the roulette wheel into four different quadrants, or three or five; sometimes casinos have roulette guides that have a picture of a roulette wheel, this will help in splitting your wheel. Pick a quadrant on the wheel and place your bets on the table on those numbers within your quadrant. My favorite numbers to play are located between the numbers twelve and four on the roulette wheel. As you look at the wheel you will see that these numbers are neighbors. The reason I like these numbers is because some of them are also neighbors on the table. The nineteen and the sixteen, and the eighteen and the twenty-one are neighbors; the four and the six, and the thirty-one and thirty-three share the same street. You can cover these nine numbers with 6 chips, and win $35 with a straight up bet, $17 with a split bet, and $11 with a street bet. For a visual example you can visit the link below.
Now you don’t need to play that quadrant all the time even though the number placement on the table is good, because it is possible that those numbers may never hit, but then again they may hit a lot. I also enjoy playing the numbers before the 00’s, because no one likes the zeros to hit, so when you’re on it, you score. Roulette is a game of persistence, its possible that after 20 rolls you will not hit your quadrant but shortly after your quadrant will hit 20 times, be consistent and it will pay off.
Now that you’ve read Learn Roulette Strategy you will be able to go out and apply this knowledge at an unsuspecting roulette table and win all their money.
